Susan was born on July 17, 1954 in Tacoma, Washington, the daughter of Roy and Delores (Toay) Kalmbach.
She is survived by her husband, Joel Johnson, brothers; Brad (Mary) Kalmbach and Brent (Mitch) Kalmbach, niece, Thresa Kalmbach, and nephew, Andrew Kalmbach.
