Stuart Leroy Clark, 76, Pingree, North Dakota died Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at Innovis Hospital in Fargo, ND.
Mr. Clark was born April 18, 1934 near Edmunds, North Dakota, the son of Stuart and Alice (Wescom) Clark. He attended country school until the 6th grade, then went to school in Edmunds, where he graduated from the 8th grade. Stuart was drafted in the US Army and served in Germany from 1958 to 1960. His job while he was in Germany was chauffering for a General. He was baptized, as an adult, into the Baptist church by Rev. N.E. McCoy. He worked on the McIlonie family farm, as a farmhand, from the time he was 14 years old until his death, 61 years.
Stuart's hobbies included stock car racing, traveling and driving his Cat tractor.
Stuart is survived by two sisters, Lorraine (Elton) Kramer, Jamestown and Lorna Martin, Grand Forks, ND; many nieces and nephews; one uncle, Bill Clark, Billings, MT; and the McIlonie family, Pingree.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; and friend, Walter McIlonie.
