Sandra "Sandy" Capps

Sandra Kay Capps, 57 passed away Friday, December 30,2016 at Good Sheperd Nursing Home in New Rockford, ND. Sandra was born on September 16th, 1959 in Jamestown ND to Donley and Ester Harriman. She grew up in the Woodworth, Pettibone area where she lived with her parents.
Sandra married Dean Ford and they had two Children she loved very dearly Jeremy Ford and Luciana Ford. Later Sandra moved to Grosebek, Texas where she worked as a CNA which she loved. She later remarried Edward Jay Capps in 1988. Whom she loved dearly. They moved back to Ypsilanti,ND in 1990 to be with her family.
Sandra continued to work in customer service. She loved westerns and reading. Sandra was known for her love for gardening. She loved being with her family, It was never a family event unless Sandra was there and playing cards and just enjoyed life. In the last few years she enjoyed spending time at the Lake camping with her brother Tim.She enjoyed spending as much time as she could with her grand kids.
She is survived by 4 brothers and 5 sisters. Leland (Gail) Patzner of Jamestown ND Elroy (Elaine) Patzner of Jamestown ND Linda Kapp of Tappen ND, Sue Guthmiller of Jamestown ND, Donna Diede of Nevada, Sherry(Andy) Stanton of Jamestown ND, Tim (Melody) Harriman of Tappen ND, And Troy (Kati)Naatus of Washington and numerous nieces and nephews.She has two children Jeremy (Shannon) Ford of Medina ND, and Luciana Ford of Ypsilanti ND, and 8 grand kids and 2 great-grand kids.
Sandra is preceded in death by her late husband Edward Jay Capps, her mother Ester Aljoe and father Donley Harriman, and sister Sheila Ringuette and Grandparents and several aunts and Uncles.

Memorial Service: 10:30 AM, Thursday, January 5, 2017 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Jamestown, ND with Pastor Erik Weber, officiating.
No visitation scheduled.
