Ronald J. Rosemore

Ronald J. "Chet" Rosemore, 92, of Jamestown, ND, died Thursday, January 23, 2013 at Eventide at Hi-Acres.
Ronald J. Rosemore was born on December 31, 1921, on the family farm north of Windsor, ND, the son of George and Mary (Komorski) Rosemore. He attended county school and helped on the family farm. Chet and Maurinda Olson were married on June 7, 1947 on her parents' farm in Deer Lake Township. They bought the family farm and continued to raise small grains, cattle, and milk cows. Chet enjoyed playing cards with his Card Club and ice fishing.
Chet served on the township board and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Chet is survived by his wife, Maurinda Rosemore, Jamestown; daughter, Carol Delaney, Jamestown; two granddaughters, Shannon (David) Bratton, Jamestown and Megan (Tyler) McDonald, Jamestown; four great grandchildren, Sophie, Amelia, Thayer, and Evelyn; and one sister, Dorothy Carlascio.
He was preceded in death by his parents; twin brother, Donald; five sisters, Lola Hapner, Celia Jensen, Florence Clemens, Catherine Staloch, and Josephine Bertram; and two brothers, Larry Rosemore and Gordon Rosemore.

Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Jamestown, with Rev. Kristina Weber officiating.
Visitation: 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, January 27, 2014 at Williams-Lisko Funeral Chapel, Jamestown.
Interment: Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown.
