Phyllis Sevik, 84, of Jamestown, ND, passed away Tuesday afternoon, April 16, 2024 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Cindy (Larry) Burkle; son, Duane Sevik; and brother, Phillip Clemens, as well as her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ferdinand and Alvina (Moser) Clemens; husband, Donald; daughters, Donna and Valerie; and son, Leslie.
No services will be held.
