Melvin Gunsch, 78, Jamestown, North Dakota died Friday, July 4, 2014 at Ave Maria Village Nursing Home, Jamestown, North Dakota. Melvin Gunsch was born September 25, 1935 in Medina, North Dakota to August and Lydia (Kirschenmann) Gunsch. He is survived by his sister, Gladys Laney, Omaha, NE; nephew, Scott Helgelien; niece, Tracy Brunow; great nieces, Marcella, Shea and Kaly; great nephew, Patrick; dear friends, Jerry (Loretta) Helgelien and Peggy Widmer. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Service: 10:30 AM, Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Good Shepherd Chapel, Ave Maria Village, Jamestown, ND with Deacon Tom Geffre, officiating.
Visitation: 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, Tuesday, July 8 at Good Shepherd Chapel.
Burial: Highland Home Cemetery.
