Mary Ann Mcqueen

Mary Ann McQueen, 64, Jamestown, ND died at MeritCare Hospital, Fargo, ND on Saturday, December 10, 2005.
Mary Ann Hopkins was born on December 29, 1940 at Eugene, Oregon the daughter of William Lysle and Sabina Mae (Clark) Hopkins. She moved with her parents to Ovid, CO where she attended school. Mary Ann attended the College of Colorado (The University of Northern Colorado) at Greeley, Colorado before her marriage to Herbert McQueen at Fort Morgan, CO on September 5, 1965. They had lived in Southern California where Mary Ann worked as a Teachers Aid and later as a school secretary for many years. They moved to Jamestown in 1997.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Sue Ann McQueen (Jerry Rodriguez), Turlock, CA; 3 sons, Richard (Bridgette), Great Falls, Montana, Herbert Jr. (Geraldine) and Steve (Angela), both Jamestown, ND; 7 grandchildren and 1 brother, Jerry (Darla) Scribner, Albuquerque, NM and 1 sister, Doris McGraham, Garden Grove, CA. Her parents and 1 sister, Geraldine Neese preceded her in death.
Mary Ann was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Jamestown, ND and a member of the Order of Eastern Star Chapter 425, El Segundo, CA. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, sewing and taught bible studies at St. Paul's Church.
