Mary Game, 81, Jamestown, North Dakota died Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at MedCenter One in Bismarck, ND.
Mary Theresa McMahon was born May 9, 1925 in St. Paul, Minnesota, the daughter of John D. and Theresa (Haley) McMahon. She was educated in St. Paul, MN. On March 9, 1945 Mary married Raymond T. Game in Chicopee, Massachusetts. They moved to Jamestown and she spent the rest of her life here. Mary managed her own Interior Design & Consultant business for a number of years. Mary was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening, decorating, painting, her family and her dear cat, Busy.
She was a member of the Basilica of St. James, charter member of the Our Lady of Rosary Circle, past president of the St. James Tabernacle Society, member of the Wednesday Club and the Jamestown Fine Arts Association.
Mary is survived by her four children, Thomas M. Game, Berkeley, CA, Marney T. Shirley, Jamestown, Nancy (Bruce) Reed Andersen, Minot, ND and Barb Game, Bloomington, MN; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, one sister, Patricia Stapelton, River Falls, WI and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by parents.
Memorial Mass: 9:30AM, Monday, May 14, 2007 at the Basilica of St. James with Father Al Bitz officiating.
