Marlene Tuma

Marlene Linstaedt Tuma, 78, Jamestown, ND passed away Saturday, February 28, 2026 at SMP Health-Ave Maria, Jamestown, ND

Marlene was born January 20, 1948 to parents Walter and Lorraine (Anderson) Linstaedt in Jamestown, ND. She grew up on a farm near Montpelier, ND. She attended schools in Montpelier, Jamestown and Grand Forks. Marlene loved living on the farm. She especially loved horses and cattle.

As an adult, she lived in various places in Jamestown and was associated with Alpha Opportunities for many years. Marlene has been a resident of SMP Health-Ave Maria since May 5, 2010. She enjoyed doing crafts, bingo and musical programs.

Marlene is survived by one aunt and many cousins. Marlene was an only child.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be scheduled at a later date.
