Marion Gruebele

Marion Gruebele, 68, Pettibone, North Dakota died Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester, Minnesota, with her family by her side.

Marion Guthmiller was born May 1, 1943 in Rexine Township, north of Pettibone, the daughter of John and Elizabeth (Schmidt) Guthmiller. On July 5, 1959 Marion married Reinhold Gruebele at Petersville Church, north of Pettibone. Marion enjoyed working in the yard, having coffee with friends and babysitting her great grandchildren. She loved and cherished the time she spent with her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Marion is survived by her husband, Reinhold, Pettibone; two daughters, Bernette (Darrell) Guthmiller, Pettibone and Bonnie (Jeff) Fettig, Tappen, ND; four grandchildren, Mathew (Carrie) Guthmiller, Pettibone, Amber (Mike) Christianson, Bismarck, ND, Christopher Fettig and Cole Fettig, both of Tappen; two great-grandchildren, Daise Guthmiller, Pettibone and Chance Christianson, Bismarck; two brothers, Vernon (Betty) Guthmiller, Carrington, ND and Gary (Sharon) Guthmiller, Beulah, ND; and one sister-in-law, Lois Guthmiller, Pettibone.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Larry and Norman Guthmiller.
