Jeffrey D Harr

Jeffrey Dennis Harr passed away May 30, 2025 at his home in Pettibone, North Dakota. His family will host a Celebration of Life at the Pettibone Park on Saturday, June 28th at 5:00 p.m.  A private burial will be at Petersville Cemetery.

Jeffrey was born January 23, 1975 to Marlin and Marlys Harr in Medina, ND. Jeffrey grew up in Pettibone and attended the Pettibone Public School. He lived in Steele and later moved back to Pettibone. Jeffrey owned and operated Harr Construction.

Jeffrey was an exceptional carpenter and was well known for the beautiful homes he built. There was nothing that he could not build or create. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, hunting and spear-fishing.

Jeffrey is survived by his 2 sons, Evan Harr and Drew Harr; daughter, Kyle Harr; father, Marlin Harr; brother, Mark (Heather) Harr; sisters, Twila (Jason) Emery, Tiffany Harr and Lisa Olson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, great niece, great-nephews and many close friends.

He was preceded in death by his son, Brett Harr; mother, Marlys (Guthmiller) Harr; grandparents, Leander and Evelyn Harr, Rudolph and Frieda Guthmiller; nephews, Tyler Harr and Koyle Kamlitz; Aunt, Connie Schlafman; Uncles, Earl Guthmiller, Raymond Guthmiller, and Todd Schlafman; cousins, Miranda Harr, Wade Harr and Ryan Wolf.
