Ileen May Kleven

Ileen May Kleven, 89, Medina, ND passed away Friday, November 4, 2016 at Eventide Jamestown.
Ileen Hills was born November 26, 1926 to Caroline and Ben Hills, north of Tappen, ND. On October 26, 1950 Ileen married Irvin Kleven. They made their home in Buckeye Township, north of Tappen, ND and they lived there until moving to Medina in 1994. Ileen lived at Rock of Ages from 2012 to October 2016.
Ileen is survived by her son, Ronald (Diane), West Fargo, ND; daughters, Elaine Zarr, Bismarck, ND, Laura (Duane) Erickson, Jamestown, ND, Marilyn Slaughter, Medina, ND; one brother Walter Hills, Bismarck, ND; eleven grandchildren, Carisa and Clint Zarr, Breanna (Aaron) Cohen, Joel & Jared Kleven, Angie & Dustin Erickson, Brandon (Lisa), Kami (Jake) Peterson, Kent and Sara Slaughter; seven great-grandchildren, Drew, Jack, Taylin, Owen, Reid, Riley, Elliette. Ileen was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother, Kenneth, two sisters, Harriet and Alice, one granddaughter, Kayla and two great-granddaughters, Zoey and Aurora.

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 8 at English Lutheran Church, Medina, ND with Pastor Ryan Ferwerda, officiating.
Visitation: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday November 7 at Eddy Funeral Chapel.
Burial: Fisher Cemetery, Tappen, ND
