Eileen Aipperspach, 79, Jamestown, North Dakota died Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Ave Maria Village Nursing Home, Jamestown, North Dakota. Eileen May Siebert was born August 1, 1935, in Jamestown, North Dakota to George and Martha (Braasch) Siebert. She was raised and attended area schools. On August 1, 1959, she married William Aipperspach in Valley City, North Dakota. They lived in Jamestown where Eileen worked in many restaurants. She is survived her children, Jerry Aipperspach, Jamestown, ND, Julie (Scott) Lien, Fargo, ND, Rinda and Brad, Jamestown, ND, Jack Schauer, James Schauer, Lyn Schauer, Jamestown, ND; two special granddaughter, Kourtnee and Sheyenne; two special grandsons, Chris and Rick; younger brother, George Siebert, Quincey, WA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, parents, several brothers and sisters.
