Doris Brash

Doris Brash, 82, Jamestown, North Dakota, died Thursday, March 26, 2009 at Ave Maria Village in Jamestown.

Doris Cooper was born September 30, 1926 in Jamestown, the daughter of Frank and Cora (Willows) Cooper. She grew up and attended school in Jamestown. On April 6, 1944 Doris married William Brash in Aberdeen, SD. They made their home in Jamestown. Doris worked at Central Dakota Nursing Home as a grounds keeper, where she enjoyed landscaping and designing their beautiful flower beds.

Doris is survived by one daughter, Anna Mae Schatz, Jamestown; one son, Clinton L. Brash, Allentown, PA; one granddaughter; two great-grandchildren; two brothers; and six sisters.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; one sister; and one son-in-law.

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM, Monday, March 30, 2009 at the Eddy Funeral Chapel with Chaplain Tom Geffre officiating.

Visitation: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday, March 30, 2009 at the Eddy Funeral Home in Jamestown.

Burial in the spring: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Jamestown, North Dakota.
