Donald Duane Sevik, 79, Jamestown, ND, died Thursday, September 1, 2011.
Donald was born August 17, 1932.
Donald is survived by his wife, Phyllis, Jamestown; four children, Donna (Mel) Elhard, Cindy (Larry) Burkle, Duane Sevik and Val (Cory) Heidinger, all of Jamestown; grandchildren, Shawn and Jason Elhard, Tessa Burkle, Ashley and Zachary Sevik; one great-grandchild, Rhiley Sevik McKee; one brother, Kenneth Sevik, Jamestown; brother-in-law, Phillip Clemens and two special pets, Suzie and Molly.
He was preceded in death by son, Leslie; parents; and one brother, Wallace.
A private family service is planned at a later date.
