Dane Twamley

Dane Twamley, 73, of Jamestown, ND, passed away Sunday morning, October 5, 2025 at Eventide, Jamestown.

Dane was born May 5, 1952, in New Rockford, ND, the son of Wayne Richard ad Lillian Amelia (Smith) Twamley. He entered the US Army on January 1, 1972 and served national defense and was a sharpshooter. Dane was honorably discharged on October 27, 1977 and lived in Valley City, ND. Later he moved to Jamestown and enjoyed being part of the western shootout at the Frontier Village.

Dane is survived by five children, and preceded in death by his parents, sister, Paula Heinze, two children, and aunt, Romona Koepplin.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service held at this time.
