Curtis Alan Permann, 47, Jamestown, ND, joined our Lord on Monday, August 22, 2011 of natural causes at Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
Curtis was born August 13, 1964 in Dickinson, ND, the biological son of Constance (Triebwasser) Permann and the late Dale Permann, and foster son of the late Calvin and LaVerne Braaten. He was raised by Calvin and LaVerne from infancy to adulthood. Curtis attended school in Mandan, Fargo and graduated from Jamestown High School in 1984. He was currently employed at Alpha Opportunities for 21 years.
Curtis was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Jamestown. He enjoyed reading western books and keeping up with current affairs. He participated in bowling and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He thoroughly enjoyed going to coffee and visiting with his coffee buddies.
Curtis is survived by two brothers, Douglas Permann and Ronald Permann, both of West Fargo, ND; sisters, Anne (Randy) Walker, Zandra (Les) Hust, Corinne (Gayne) Gasal, Denise (Brent) Olson and Karen Liebold, all of Jamestown, Bonnie (Frank) Omilian, White House Station, NJ; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dale; foster parents, Calvin and LaVerne Braaten; maternal grandparents, August and Hattie Triebwasser; paternal grandparents, Ed and Emma Permann; and foster grandparents, Art and Ruth Guenther.
