Chase will always be cherished and loved by his parents, David & Patricia Riley, Jamestown; brother, Cruze Riley, Jamestown; paternal grandparents, Lori and Danny Riley, Jamestown; maternal grandmother, Patricia Medley, TN; maternal great grandmother, Charlene Brehm, Jamestown; uncles, Dustin Joslin, Jamestown and Brandon Medley, TN; and aunt, April Dodson, TN.
Memorial Service: - 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 28, 2012 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Jamestown.
