Survivors include his parents, Amy and Neal Hoffman, Jamestown, ND; maternal grandparents, Dick and Judy Dauer, Jamestown, ND and paternal grandparents, Archie and Sharon Hoffman, Fredonia, ND.
A private funeral service was held at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, January 30, 2010 at Lisko Funeral Chapel, Jamestown, ND.
Interment will be held at Sanborn Cemetery in the Spring of 2010.
