Betty M. Dilts

Betty was born February 25, 1943 to Ben and Louise Mickelson. She grew up and attended School in Courtenay, North Dakota until she married Arnold Dilts and moved to a farm outside of Wimbledon, North Dakota. They had two children and later divorced. Betty moved to Jamestown, North Dakota where she worked for several years at the Stutsman County Courthouse before changing jobs and becoming a cook at the Eagles Club. Betty then moved to Bismarck, North Dakota and continued cooking at Kroll's Diner for some time until she had a stroke in 1999.

Betty passed away November 18th 2020 from the Coronavirus. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Berniece Mohr, Brothers Harold Mickelson, and Lawrence Mickelson.

She is survived by her children; Roy Dilts and Tina Dilts, four grandchildren; Layne Dilts, Tristen Esterbrook, Daltin Dilts and Nick Dilts, her brother; Rodger (Laurie) Mickelson, three sisters; Harriet Rode, Judy Riley and Joan Meikle.

There will be no services at this time due to covid-19 restrictions. In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to help with Betty's final expenses.
