Arnold Schrenk

Arnold Schrenk, 73, Jamestown, North Dakota died Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at his home.

Arnold was born June 16, 1937 in Napoleon, ND, the son of Julius A. and Christina (Schwartz) Schrenk. He attended school at Moon Lake Township, North Dakota, north of Windsor, ND. On June 19, 1960 Arnold married Margie Lippert. He enlisted in the National Guard on November 3, 1962. Arnold worked for Porter Brothers for 52 years.

He enjoyed gardening, working in his shop and doing Search-A-Word books.

Arnold is survived by his wife, Margie, Jamestown; one son, Jeffrey (Dana) Schrenk, Jamestown, two daughters, Sheila (Lee) Czapiewski, Oslo, MN and Kathy (Bill) Pearson, Isanti, MN; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; four sisters, Elenore (Melvin) Gahner, Jamestown, Vangie (Elvin) Luck, Adrian, ND, Ardeen (Dale) Harr, Woodworth, ND and Delores Roehr, TX; and two brothers, Roger (Sandy) Schrenk, St. Paul, MN and Randy (Krista) Schrenk, Fargo, ND.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Curtis and Raymond.
